Rodolfo Pinto and his team from The Office for the Modernisation of the Education Technology (Gabinete de Modernização das Tecnologias Educativas), part of Madeira’s Department of Education, have loved using Cubetto as an educational tool. The office promotes projects related to ICT development, including robotics, for local schools on the island. Among the numerous activities and resources they offer to promote the use of ed tech in the classroom, their first choice for early learning has been Cubetto.
Schools can borrow Cubetto Playsets and all the Adventure Packs with additional maps to use on rotation. Since the beginning of the school year 20 schools have already had the chance to use Cubetto. Teachers have made great use of all the maps, using not only the lesson plans, but also the additional activities found in the Playroom, so that the use of Cubetto can be both educational and recreational.
